Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how registration fees, deposits, and refunds work for MCC (Microcontrollers Corporation) courses, workshops, and products. By registering for a course or placing a deposit, you agree to the terms below. For anything not covered here, message us on WhatsApp and we'll help.
Course & workshop fees
Fees are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before your seat is reserved. A seat is only held once we confirm your registration. For some cohorts we may ask for a deposit to reserve your place, with the balance due before the first session.
If you cancel
- Cancel at least 7 days before the start date: full refund of anything you paid, or a free transfer to a later cohort.
- Cancel 3–7 days before the start date: refund of your fee minus any deposit, or a full-value transfer to a later cohort.
- Cancel less than 48 hours before the start date, or after the course has begun: fees are non-refundable, but you may transfer your remaining sessions to the next cohort once.
If we cancel or reschedule
If MCC cancels a course, or reschedules it to a date you can't attend, you get a full refund or a free transfer to another course of equal value — your choice.
Missed sessions
We can't refund sessions you miss, but if you let us know in advance we'll do our best to help you catch up in a later cohort.
Workshops
Short workshops (3–5 hours) follow the same rules, except that seats cancelled less than 48 hours before the workshop are non-refundable because materials are prepared per attendee.
Rafiq One
Rafiq One is in active development. Joining its waitlist is free, is not a purchase, and does not guarantee commercial availability. MCC is not currently accepting payment for Rafiq One. If a future commercial offer is announced, its terms will be provided before any payment is requested.
How to request a refund
Message us on WhatsApp or email us with your name and the course you registered for. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 14 business days.
