Privacy Policy
MCC (Microcontrollers Corporation) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what choices you have when you use our website or register with us. We keep it short and in plain language.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us. This may include your name, school or institution, position, email, phone or WhatsApp number, program interest, student age group, approximate student count, preferred timing, and message. If you join the Rafiq One waitlist, we collect the contact details and course-history answer you enter. We don't ask for sensitive information or for a child's full name or date of birth through these forms.
How we use it
We use the information to reply to your inquiry, prepare relevant program details, coordinate a course or institutional proposal, provide the updates you requested, and improve what we offer. If you join the Rafiq One waitlist, we use your details only to follow up about that project and related development updates.
How we contact you
We normally reply using the phone, WhatsApp number, or email you provide. An institutional inquiry is confirmed only after our website reports that it was successfully stored. WhatsApp may then be offered as an optional continuation. The Rafiq One waitlist currently opens a WhatsApp draft; that message is not sent until you press Send in WhatsApp.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We use service providers needed to operate the website and communicate with you, including Cloudflare for website hosting and institutional-inquiry storage, and WhatsApp or Instagram (Meta) when you choose to use those services. Each provider handles data under its own privacy terms.
Form security
For institutional requests, Cloudflare Turnstile helps us prevent automated abuse. It processes the security check under Cloudflare's privacy terms; MCC does not add your IP address to its validation request.
Cookies & analytics
This site may use basic analytics to see which pages are useful, so we can improve them. This tells us things like which courses are most viewed — not who you personally are.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as needed to respond, coordinate the requested program, and maintain necessary business records. You can ask MCC to delete the information it holds about you. The Rafiq One form does not save a website inquiry; it only prepares a WhatsApp draft, which is received by MCC only if you press Send.
Minors
Some of our programs are for school-age students. When a participant is under 18, we ask a parent or guardian to register and give consent on their behalf.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop messaging you — just contact us.
